• Build AI-enabled applications leveraging agentic frameworks (like LangChain, LangGraph, and LangSmith) and LLMs to deliver production-ready outcomes for clients.
• Lead a team through end-to-end delivery across the stack, from backend services to modern web UIs.
• Own architecture decisions that support scalability, observability, and performance.
• Pair program regularly with teammates and clients to share knowledge, raise code quality, and grow the team together.
• Practice TDD and continuous refactoring so code stays reliable, maintainable, and easy to understand.
• Coach and mentor developers on the team through pairing, code review, and modeling a healthy engineering culture.
• Collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and stakeholders to continuously deliver valuable software.
• Influence technical direction beyond your immediate team, sharing lessons learned and shaping how the broader org builds AI-powered software.
• Stay hands-on and curious, experimenting with new patterns in the GenAI space and sharing what works (and what doesn't).

You'll be onboarded to the tech team organization. You will be part of a team and will communicate with them via Slack and Google Meet. Periodic 1-on-1 meetings will be held to ensure you are successful and are having a productive and enjoyable experience.

• Advanced English level.
• Proven track record as a hands-on, full-stack engineer delivering software in collaborative, agile environments.
• Hands-on experience with LangChain (or similar agentic frameworks), and a solid understanding of how to architect AI-native systems responsibly and effectively.
• Experience leading engineering teams, with confidence mentoring and supporting other developers.
• A strong belief that code quality matters, and that TDD and pairing build better systems and stronger teams.
• Experience across multiple languages or frameworks (e.g., Python, Node, Java, React, Next.js), with a pragmatic approach to tool selection.
• Comfort navigating complex organizations and building bridges across functions.
• Strong communication skills, as comfortable in the code as in a client meeting, able to translate technical risks and wins into language anyone can understand.

• Experience with LangGraph and LangSmith specifically.
• Background helping teams adopt modern development practices across an organization.
• Enthusiasm for what's happening in the AI space, balanced with a focus on delivering real value.
